Senior Project Engineer

An experienced Senior Project Engineer for Fire & Security Systems with at least 5 years of experience is needed to join our team at Bridge Fire & Security, a leading fire Safety, electronic security and compliance company based in High Wycombe on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a seasoned Fire and Security Engineer with career aspirations leading to senior management. Your field of operations will be West London and South East. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

This role offers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £60,000, along with a company van, phone, and laptop!

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and Maintenance of our customer base across all disciplines
• Install integrated electronic Fire & Security Systems on various sites, from Education Campuses to Commercial Properties
• Work on long-term Commercial projects covering a variety of disciplines
• Manage equipment and resources for projects
• Professional representation with Clients
• Experienced site management of Subcontractors
• Tech support to and development of our Field Engineers
• Call out cover for Sick and Holiday periods

Required Experience:

• 5 years minimum experience installing and maintaining Fire & Security Systems, i.e., CCTV, Door Entry, Intruder, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarms

Required Skills:

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Career development aspirations into Operational Director 2-3 years
• Attention to detail with a right-first-time attitude
• Organisation and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
