Lead Project Engineer and Project Engineer

Lead Project Engineer will report to the Global Engineering Leader, functionally work with Global Plants Ops Leader and Role’s key responsibility to manage the engineering and execution of Service Center expansions within Europe.

You will have a natural curiosity that will prompt you to explore where we could be working smarter, Service in mind design approach, Speed-Quality-Budget in mind, and we will see the output from this in cost savings, smart solution, quality and on time delivery. Flexible and with great people skills, you won’t mind helping with other tasks when we are busy and it’s an ‘all hands’ situation

Key roles

? Lead the Engineering and Executions of Service center expansion projects within Europe; Define basic engineering to detailed engineering till successful completion.

? Define and develop scopes / Specifications associated with Ion exchange regeneration plants.

? Develop the RFQ packages and work closely with Sourcing throughout the bid process.

? Manage the contactors and drive the milestones to meet.

? Manage documentations, procedures and drawing developments/ reviews and approvals.

? Manage the engineering deliverable/ technical communications.

? Regular progress updates and reporting to stake holders

? Open and Closing the CAPEX projects and Manage in SAP/ ERP tools

? SAP business tool activities: create/ update-Material Master and Purchase requests

? Lead HAZOPs / Plant Safety reviews.

? Lead to Introduce/implement Lean/ Best practice Tools/ Process

? Willing to learn some basic process engineering (if they don't have IX/RO experience)

? Good understating of local regulations and Willing to learn / Gaining buy-in/expertise from knowledgeable parties when needed

? Provide Continues Engineering Support Service center facilities.

? Conduct and coordinate the training programs for plant operations team.

? Offer support for sourcing team for finding suppliers and parts, technical review of the quotes

? Lead HAZOPs / Plant Safety reviews.

? Lead to Introduce/implement Lean/ Best practice Tools/ Process

? Willing to learn some basic process engineering (if they don't have IX/RO experience)

? Provide Continues Engineering Support Service center facilities

? Excellent skills in Material and Equipment’s selection and Sizing’s

? Preferred Experience directly in EPC type of Projects and Ion Exchange plant Engineering and Design leadership

? Effective communication skills, both speaking and writing in French and English

Desired Characteristics

B.Sc. in an Engineering/science or Master or related technical experience

Over 5 years relevant Plant design and executions experience

Multi-lingual skills
