About the role

Do you want to be part of our continuous journey in looking to improve and further develop our Savings Propositions.
Our ambition is to be the best savings and mortgage provider in the UK, and we’re looking for brilliant people like you to join our team as a Senior Product Proposition Manager for savings.

The role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our savings offerings. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of savings proposition development and management, contributing to the overall savings strategy and roadmap. Your creativity and innovative mindset will drive the growth of our savings balances while ensuring a Members First approach to product development.

The role responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage savings propositions, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align savings strategy with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to appeal to a wider group of savers and strengthen financial resilience.
  • Manage existing third-party relationships and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise support to other functions and represent Product and Proposition on regulatory change projects.
  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports, in line with the Society’s growth ambitions.

About you

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to have a significant background in developing or managing savings products, coupled with an understanding of the regulatory landscape governing financial institutions.

You should have a proven track record of leading highly effective teams, inspiring collaboration, and driving results.

Your communication skills are crucial in articulating complex ideas and strategies effectively. Your proficiency in creating written presentations, proposals, and committee papers will be pivotal in influencing key stakeholders and securing buy-in for your initiatives.
