About the role

Do you want to be part of our continuous journey in looking to improve and further develop our mortgage and savings Propositions.

Our ambition is to be the best savings and mortgage provider in the UK, and we’re looking for brilliant people like you to join our team as a Senior Product Proposition Manager – Retention & Engagement.

The role which covers both mortgages and savings, will drive customer engagement leading to more sustainable commercial performance and support retention, which is in the best interest of our members and the Society.

It will be focused on the creation of bespoke existing customer product propositions, considering how we propositionally and commercially optimise our mobile app channel , as well as further developing and leading our and mortgage and savings engagement and retention strategies.

The role will involve working closely with key business areas across both mortgages and savings, leading cross-functional groups to develop superior engagement and retention capabilities.

About you

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to be able to showcase your experience in leading and developing customer engagement and retention strategies.
You’ll ideally have a strong knowledge of mortgage or savings markets, or strong digital customer orientated experience in comparable sectors.

You’ll use your project management and high levels of insight driven experience to create customer data analysis that gain actionable insights to improve retention and engagement.
