As the Senior Manager of this function, you'll lead the development and management of our mortgage propositions from start to finish. Your role involves identifying new ways to increase lending across different markets and channels whilst ensuring our propositions are financially sound and compliant with regulations.

The role is responsible for bringing new mortgage propositions to market, collaborating with teams from across the business, plus working with various stakeholders to ensure proposals meet financial targets and regulatory standards.

As a key contributor to the development of the mortgage strategy and roadmap, you will act as a lead on mortgage projects, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals, and continuously improving existing propositions through monitoring, enhancement, and collaboration.

About you

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to have substantial commercially focused experience and understanding of the residential mortgage market.
You should have a proven track record of leading highly effective teams, inspiring collaboration, and driving results.

Your communication skills are crucial in articulating complex ideas and strategies effectively. Your proficiency in creating written presentations, proposals, and committee papers will be pivotal in influencing key stakeholders and securing buy-in for your initiatives.
