As Senior Product Manager you'll have responsibility for leading a cross-functional team focused on enabling B2B customers to self-serve at scale, playing a key role in the direction of our B2B eCommerce offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, own and lead an ambitious vision for Reed.co.uk’s B2B offering.
  • Understanding how your product creates value for customers and consistently tracking key metrics to understand how your product is performing.
  • Maintain a product roadmap and backlog of epics and user stories to give your team clear direction and priorities.
  • Manage and influence stakeholders, generating buy-in to the vision you’ve set for the product.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive product delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • Background in (B2B) ecommerce, understanding customer problems and ability to identify product opportunities.
  • Problem-solving skills, relying on qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in conducting market analysis and customer research.
  • Understanding of product design and testing methodologies including measures of success.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
