Senior Product Manager

Permanent, full-time

Brighton - 2 days office based per week

Circa £80,000 pa + bonus c.15% and benefits

The role

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the product development and management of B2C financial products to enhance growth and competitive positioning in the market.

This will be achieved through market analysis, customer insights, opportunity identification, value proposition crafting, and new product launches.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead product development and management of existing B2C financial products and propositions, utilizing a matrix management approach.
  • Directly manage a small team of cross-skilled Product Managers.
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining engagement and providing updates on product performance, roadmap, growth, strategic value, and future developments.

Skills and experience desired:

  • Proven experience in a senior product management position.
  • Industry expertise within financial services, insurance, or investments ideally (B2C).
  • Proficiency in interpreting customer and product pricing data to derive insights.
  • Provide leadership and focus for direct reports, motivating them towards achieving project goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing products ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Ensuring products are customer centric and adhere to consumer governance guidelines.
  • Commercial acumen, analytical, and reporting.
  • Proficient cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal.
