We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to join our team, a leading fragrance subscription service. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceiving, wireframing, designing, and implementing experiences across all digital touchpoints to elevate conversions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, coupled with extensive experience in subscription and e-commerce conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and manage various product design initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead reviews to communicate design visions effectively and drive improvements collaboratively.
- Gather design inspiration and share innovative ideas to push UX/UI designs to new levels.
- Maintain and evolve our design components library to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and creative directors, to facilitate seamless design implementation.

What We're Looking For:
- A clear understanding and passion for complex UX flows with a focus on revenue and KPIs.
- Expertise in digital design, with a keen eye for detail and a mastery of UI design principles.
- Proven ability to solve complex UX problems and wireframe end-to-end user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams across multiple projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Figma, components, and auto layout.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showcasing agency and in-house work.
- Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or luxury retail is required.
- Degree in Design, Arts, and/or Digital Design.
