Title: Senior Event Producer or Executive Producer - Corporate Comms Agency - AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Location: MANCHESTER / North West Region OR FULLY remote Salary: Up to £70k

Do you possess senior-level events and communications production experience within an agency setting? We are currently seeking a Senior Event Producer or Executive Producer with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to join this fabulous team.

With a large team of talented professionals, they specialise in comprehensive communications solutions, covering creative assets, exhibitions, and digital platforms. Last year, our global projects engaged over 1,000 individuals across various mediums.

As Senior Producer, you'll lead multiple client brand teams, overseeing project and event development throughout the year. You'll take full responsibility for client engagement, deliverables, and managing the extended team across all skill sets to ensure timely project completion. This includes setting and tracking budgets, as well as managing client changes.

Critical skills required include the ability to comprehend detailed client content, creativity to devise imaginative ideas, and disciplined program management to coordinate extended teams. Responsibilities:

  • Developing pitches and design concepts for new programs, researching and recommending innovative techniques to ensure creative and engagement-driven proposals.
  • live events and leadership meetings (both in-person and virtual), staying ahead of event trends to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
  • internal and external change and communication campaigns targeting specific audiences, with a focus on campaign performance to inform future programs.
  • marketing campaign strategies and distill information into narratives that drive energy and action (e.g., recruitment campaigns, internal communications, external creative or content syndication).
  • workshops, analysis, and stakeholder interviews to facilitate content development.
  • impactful content creation for consistent messaging, emphasizing creativity.
  • and maintain strong client partnerships to develop strategic communications aligned with business goals.
  • with internal studio teams for seamless asset creation across graphic design, presentation design, digital, copywriting, video production, and post-production.
  • exhibition stands, directing significant design and content development, including innovative multimedia and technology components.

Knowledge and Experience

  • ability to balance time, cost, and quality in project delivery, with flexibility to evolving client needs.
