A fantastic opportunity awaits an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the well-respected Private Client team of my client, based in their Liverpool office. With a competitive salary, this role is ideal for an individual with a minimum of 6 PQE, seeking to work on a range of complex private client matters.
My client's award-winning Private Client & Charity group, one of the largest in the North West, is offering an opportunity to a skilled Private Client Solicitor. The team has received accolades, including the 'Private Client Award' at the 2017 & 2019 Liverpool Law Society Legal Awards, and holds a Tier 1 ranking in the Legal 500 and Chambers Private Wealth Law.
The team specializes in handling complex private client matters, including wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Capital Gains tax, and estate planning. They are the trusted advisors for a diverse clientele, working with High Net Worth individuals, families, business owners, elderly clients, and Landed estates.
Due to continued growth and future planning, my client is recruiting an experienced lawyer to work on a variety of complex private client matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 PQE and be comfortable dealing with a broad range of private client issues. Candidates at Associate level looking to advance their careers will also be considered.
Experience in a range of private client matters, including complex wills, trusts, business succession planning, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, and Landed estates.
A strong background in working with an established network of referrers and developing relationships with clients, including HNW individuals, multi-generational families, elderly clients, and business owners.
The ability to work independently, manage their caseload, and supervise others in the team as needed.
Ideally, STEP qualified.
