Senior Private Client Solicitor/HoD

A well established and leading law firm based in Hampshire require a skilled and experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to head up the firms private client team.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the private client department, overseeing a team of solicitors and support staff.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to high-net-worth individuals and families on matters such as wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage departmental budgets, set strategic goals, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified solicitor with 8+ years of experience in private client law.
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills with experience in team management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Business development experience and a track record of client acquisition and retention.
