SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - HOD

QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Senior Private Client Associate who wants to move into a Head of Department role at a well-established and highly reputable law firm in Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will join this leading law firm, working with HNW client base which has been built upon for decades and with a great team to be overseeing.

It is important that the person to be at Senior Associate or HOD level if possible with some managerial experience. 

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have 7+ years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise
  • Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
  • A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal
  • Must have managerial experience either as SA or as HOD.
Personal attributes:

  • A client-centered focus and proactively maximising client relationships
  • A can-do, motivated & positive attitude
  • Excellent communicator both written & oral
