Achieve Professionals are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to work within an excellent well-established law firm.

Position: Senior Private Client Solicitor

Location: Axminster, Honiton, Sidmouth, Launceston, Exeter, Newton Abbot, Paignton

Qualifications & Experience:

We are seeking someone with a proven track record of dealing with complex estate administration (some experience of dealing with estates containing an agricultural and business element and significant financial investments preferred), advising on Will Trusts as part of the estate administration process, Deeds of Appointment and Variation, again with an estate administration focus.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Professional, organised, competent, enthusiastic and ambitious
  • Producing high quality service
  • Must have access to own transport for work use for the purposes of home visits and inter office travel on occasion
  • Strong and motivated practitioner with supporting evidence that you would be a valuable addition to the Private Client team.
  • Maintain excellent file administration
  • Work successfully with other lawyers and support staff
  • Interest in the promotion and development of the department internally and externally
  • Must be PQE 5 years or have carried a full private client caseload for a minimum of 5 years
  • STEP membership welcomed but not essential
