Senior Prestige Vehicle Technician

£31-40k basic DOE with £8-10k bonus on top

Farnborough

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08.00am - 5pm) 1 in 3 Saturdays (08.30 - 1pm)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
  • Instruct the parts department of the parts that are necessary for repair.
  • Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  • Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
  • Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.

Your Background & Skill:

  • NVQ Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
  • E.V Training.
  • Manufacturer led training record.
  • Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician (within a main dealer).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
