Senior Platform Engineer- Digital Assets - London hybrid

A digital asset investment firm founded by highly successful leaders within the trading space who share a passion for blockchain technology are expanding their engineering function and are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to play a key role in their growth journey.

As one of the earliest platform hires, you’ll have the chance to work in a fast-paced startup environment surrounded by some of the brightest minds in the industry.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing their cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of their trading environments whilst also building tools for the wider function. If you are skilled in AWS cloud technology, containerisation and Python then this is the role for you.

You will need:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud technology in systematic trading environments
• Proficiency in containerisation technologies
• Demonstrable understanding of security best practices and networking protocols
• Proven track record in production monitoring and implementing alerting systems
• Fluency in Python programming
• Previous experience working collaboratively with traders, quants and developers
