Role: Senior Planner

Location: Ipswich

Salary: £35000 - £40000

We are proud to be representing an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Planning Consultants, Land & Property Consultants and Farm Business Advisors advising land and property owners throughout East Anglia that have had such an up growth in project work that they are now on the look out for a Senior Planner to lead the office in Ipswich.

Essential Criteria for a Senior Planner:

  • MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters in relation to Town Planning.
  • Exposure of 3-5 years in the Private sector.
  • Have practical knowledge of property.
  • Strong numerical and report writing skills.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Senior Planner:

  • Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Preparation of fee proposals and management of project budgets.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to clients.
  • Liaising with internal and external technical specialties, clients and Local Planning Authorities.
  • Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
  • Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.
