Senior Town Planner - Clientside!

Cheshire

£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits + Bonus

My client is a UK leading land promotor who's Planning and Development Team are looking to make the addition of an ambitious Senior Town Planner to their Cheshire based team!

As Senior Planner you will work within the Planning & Projects department on local planning permissions and promoting major strategic sites and will be involved with forming the planning strategy for sites and implementing once agreed. You will regularly act as Lead Planner, working under a Planning Director as project lead!

Candidate Requirements:

We are seeking applications from candidates who hold a planning degree with eligibility for RTPI Membership, with extensive planning experience, either public or private sector. Ideally you will have experience on Section 106 agreements, and experience promoting sites through the Local Plan and planning application process! You will have strong organisational and communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to build rapport and relationships.
