This is a an amazing opportunity to work as a Senior Photo Agent for a talent representation agency. As a Senior Photo Agent, you'll be responsible for managing clients and building new relationships, collaborating with photographers and production teams to create campaigns, coordinating photoshoots, creative strategy sourcing new projects and clients, and negotiating the deals.

Core elements of the position:
- Responsible for managing and growing a roster of artists
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and/or managing projects for artists
- Manage producers, where relevant, to successfully deliver jobs
- Responsible for managing artist careers through their life cycle and diversifying their income
streams for long term sustainability
- Developing career strategy for artists represented to further their career.
- Communicating regularly with all partners, artists and clients as needed

Required Experience
- Proven 6+ years experience in planning, budgeting, and/or booking photography assignments
as an Agent / Senior Agent, with a demonstrable track record of high-performance.
- Experience in the commercial, fashion and luxury markets, and on editorial / Portfolio Projects.
- Negotiating Fees, Usage and Copyright.
- Understanding the emerging market and identification of new talent
- A thorough and demonstrable knowledge, understanding and interest in the business of photo,
motion, moving-image, advertising, print & publishing, TV & Video.
- A demonstrable career history of negotiating and closing deals
- Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Required Personal Skills
- Critical creative eye, able to offer creative strategy to the talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and assertive with the ability to negotiate and achieve successful outcomes
- Computer literate,[including basic knowledge of Photoshop & Adobe Suite]
