Title: Senior People Partner
Location: Redhill, Surrey (office based role with occasional travel to other sites)

We are delighted to be representing a leading UK business in the recruitment of an engaging and hands-on People Partner based in Redhill, Surrey. The role forms a vital part of the HR function, and you will act as the first point of call for all generalist HR expertise and advice. You will partner with managers to drive the people agenda with a sharp focus on employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Duties of the Senior People Partner:
*Providing coaching and advice to line managers on all people related issues.
*Ensure HR policy and processes are applied fairly and consistently across the business.
*Manage and lead on employee relations.
*Process timely monthly payroll using the people system via an outsourced company.
*Supporting hiring managers with the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial approval and advertising, through to onboarding and inductions
*Driving colleague engagement through promoting initiatives
*Championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Wellbeing initiatives to promote an inclusive culture across site.
*Drive solutions related to strategic talent management, leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
*Assist with the review, design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
*Deliver on ESG initiatives by developing policies and policies align to the requirements, identify opportunities, implement, and report on progress towards KPIs.

Experience required:
*Experience in an FMCG environment or a similar fast paced industry.
*An excellent generalist HR skillset
*A good track record of managing ER cases.
*Data driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
*Experience with collating payroll data.
*Excellent communications and people skills
*Collaborative work style
