Meraki Talent is currently hiring on behalf of a leading Financial Services business located in Glasgow, for a Senior Pensions Administrator. In this role, you will be working with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career, ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and updating member records with precision.
  • Escalation of technical inquiries and matters to the Team Leader and support colleagues.
  • Delivering effective service to both internal and external clients adhering to service standards.
  • Handling various member events such as Retirements, Deaths, Early departures, Transfers In and Out, and Illustrative quotations.
  • Serving as a resource for technical matters and non-routine cases.
Key Requirements:
  • Proficiency in daily pension administration tasks, handling DB, DC, and CARE pension schemes.
  • Managing multiple responsibilities, effectively planning and organising workloads.
  • Understanding of pension laws, technical advancements impacting pension management, and industry best practices.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach, working with clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Pensions Administration systems.
