Are you passionate about supporting financial planning and delivering exceptional service to clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Paraplanner. Working closely alongside the Financial Planners, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and research support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial advice.

Paraplanner salary range up to £45,000 + Benefits, PMI, free parking over 28 days + Bank holiday annual leave and reduced working week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the Financial Planner in developing comprehensive financial plans. Utilise research tools and interpret data to provide insightful solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Suitability Letters: Prepare accurate and well-articulated suitability letters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Clearly communicate complex financial concepts to clients in a way that is easily understandable.
  • Client Reports: Collaborate with the Financial Planner to produce detailed and professional client reports. Craft narratives that effectively communicate financial strategies, recommendations, and options to clients.

To be considered

  • Previous experience in a paraplanning or similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and research tools.
