Bryn McMillan Consulting is searching for an experienced and motivated Senior Paraplanner to join a well-respected Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm in Hailsham.

In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting a team of Chartered Financial Planners by:

• Crafting comprehensive client reports: Utilise your level 4 diploma and writing skills to prepare clear, concise, and compliant suitability reports and reason-why letters.
• Conducting in-depth product research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching investment options, pensions (including transfers, consolidation), and mortgages.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing: Handle all new applications for pensions, investments, and mortgages, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Providing exceptional client service: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions and keeping them informed about their financial plans.
• Supporting client meetings: Assist IFAs by scheduling meetings, preparing valuations and key feature documents, and ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available.
• Keeping up with industry changes: Proactively stay informed of policy updates by liaising with pension, investment, and mortgage providers.

We're looking for someone who:

• Possesses a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services (or equivalent) and is ideally working towards Chartered status.
• Has demonstrable experience as a Paraplanner or Report Writer within a financial planning or wealth management firm.
• Experienced financial or wealth advisors seeking an administrative role are encouraged to apply.
• Showcases a meticulous eye for detail with exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.
• Enjoys collaborating with a team to achieve shared goals.
