Job Title: Paraplanner

Location: Chipping Norton

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus employee profit share.

The role:

The successful candidate will be working as part of a developing team of paraplanners to work closely with the financial planners and wider business, to deliver a high quality, efficient service to both customers and staff.

This is a technical position, dealing at times with complex figures and rules, as well as routine tasks, so a varied paraplanning background would be beneficial.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years plus paraplanning experience.
• Minimum level 4 Diploma qualified or equivalent.
• Strong inter-personal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of investments, pensions, and financial services regulation.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Report writing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to conduct research.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.
