Here is an incredible opportunity to join a scaling company as an Experienced Packaging Design Engineer where you will be involved in the full product life cycle.

This opening will utilise your 3D Design and CAD capabilities to support the design and engineering of compostable packaging through industrial conversion processes.

The company is a sustainable product packaging innovator using materials that can be composited back into the earth's natural resources. They are a new breed to the industry and bring design, engineering and science to the forefront of their manufacturing processes. This is a new position with strong growth potential and backed by heavy investors giving the company a strong backbone to transform the industry.

The role involves designing and engineering new packaging products and seeing them from concept to scalable production completion. Work with a wider team to develop tools, troubleshoot failures and make improvements. Conduct research and document data and align to company vision.

The Role:

* Senior Packaging Design Engineer

* Design and engineer compostable packaging

* Create detailed engineering drawings for manufacturing

* Designs accurately represent customers brands

* Develop and maintain technical documentation

Candidate Requirements:

* Mechanical/Packaging Design Engineering or relatable

* Ideally have a background in Plastics and/or Manufacturing
