Summary of the role

To support Team Leader in managing a multi-skilled team, in line with core values and competencies, in delivering client contractual service levels consistently and to the required quality levels.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the Team Leader in ensuring all operational staff receive required/appropriate training and support.
  • Monitoring team delivery of service levels, escalating any issues or concerns to the Team Leader proposing actions to resolve where appropriate.
  • Aiding and supporting to all end users by diagnosing and solving minor technical issues and processing problems, or, effectively reporting / escalating more complex issues to Production Controller/Team Leader and or Operations Management Team.
  • Assisting the Team Leader in collating any data for staff appraisals when required

What we're looking for

  • Have strong supervisory skills with ambition to progress within the role.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Have problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Have time management and organisational skills.
  • Have prior experience working in a mail-room/office environment that would be nice to have.
