About the role

The Society is recruiting an Operational Resilience expert to join the Operational Resilience function, reporting to the Head of Operational Resilience. The Operational Resilience function is responsible for driving the day-to-day Operational Resilience roadmap and governance, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management,and Operational Continuity in Resolution. The Senior Operational Resilience Manager will play an exciting and hands-on role in a well-established and high performing team, leading a range of resilience initiatives and developing colleagues across the Society.

About you
A senior manager who is technically advanced in the fields of Operational Resilience, Crisis Management, OCiR, and team management who is able to adapt and apply their financial services experience and expertise to the Policies, Standards, Frameworks and Management Systems in place at the Society.
