Senior Occupational Health Technician/Screening Nurse
Location: South/Midlands Based - Travel throughout the UK
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Technician/Screening Nurse who is South/Midlands based and flexible to travel throughout the UK to work on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve:
- Support Associate Director to manage and mentor team of allocated OH Technicians and Screening Nurses
- Deliver a high quality health surveillance service to all clients
- Manage and provide professional leadership, advice and support to assigned OH Technicians and and Screening Nurses
- Attend schedules meetings in-house and share relevant business news with the team
- Support development of staff, assess competency and continuous development
- Induction for new staff members
- Ensure mobile units are well maintained and stocked
- Be geographically aware and plan routes, liaising with health surveillance manager
- Maintain matrix for team of OH Technicians
To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Technician or Screening Nurse with strong health surveillance experience. You will need to be flexible to travel throughout the UK including overnight stays where necessary and have a full clean driving licence.
Salary: £31,000 + Benefits
