Position Overview:

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimization of our network infrastructure. You will lead initiatives to enhance network performance, ensure security, and contribute to the overall stability of our systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures to meet business requirements.
• Lead projects for network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for network improvements.
• Ensure network security measures are implemented and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (CCIE, CCNP, etc.) are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer, with a minimum of [4] years of relevant work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
