Our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agents is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer to join their growing team in Brighton.

Working hours of a Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays (Day off in lieu)

Our clients are offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer:

  • Up to £25,000 basic DOE
  • £45,000 OTE
  • 5-day working week
  • Career progression

Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer role you must have the following:

  • Highly experienced in Property Sales
  • Full UK driver’s license
  • Able to work well independently as well as in a team
  • Previous valuation experience
  • Excellent local knowledge of Brighton and the surrounding areas

Key tasks of a Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Going out and winning new business
  • Carrying out market valuations
  • Dealing with clients telephone-based and face-to-face
  • Negotiating offers
  • Registering potential applicants
  • Deputising for the Branch Manager
