Our client is seeking a Senior Merchandiser / Merchandise Planner to join their dynamic team in the Midlands. As a leading children's charity, they are dedicated to supporting families and children across the country. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to their amazing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation and maintenance of a WSSI (Weekly, Sales, Stock, and Intake) to drive strategic planning and decision-making.
Development and implementation of efficient systems processes to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.
Oversight of stock control to ensure optimal inventory levels and effective allocation of resources.
