Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
A renowned, market leading Cost Consultancy are looking to take on a professional MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Manchester office which has been exceptionally busy over the past 18 months.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The role begins with a primary focus on project delivery, where the MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor will operate independently, enjoying the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
As the role progresses, opportunities will arise to collaborate closely with Partners to expand the M&E division. The MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a critical role in team expansion, including hiring new Quantity Surveyors and managing the growing team. This position offers unparalleled career progression opportunities, with the potential to advance to Associate Director and beyond.
The MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor will handle a diverse portfolio, including projects across Data Centres, Industrial, Education, Commercial, Residential, Sports, and Healthcare sectors.
The MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Pre and post contract experience
- Mechanical & Electrical experience
- UK, Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment
- Good communication skills
- Preferably MRICS or currently working towards
