Your new role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be working on a range of projects from FEED to commissioning across the North West. Within this role, you will be involved in the Design of mechanical methods, from strategic and conceptual stages to detailed design and construction & commissioning.
Typical deliverables will include; technical and substantiation notes, flow diagrams and flow-sheets, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and mechanical layout drawings, and technical specification documentation review from supply chain.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other equivalent degree alongside 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer. Nuclear experience is not a must, but it is desirable. Knowledge of engineering design and engineering team management in the nuclear industry or other regulated sectors is desirable too.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will receive an excellent base salary of between £50,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience). You will also have the opportunity to work both hybrid and flexibly with the business, and have the license to work from the office as needed. You will receive a progression & development plan from Day 1 in the company, allowing you to continuously progress with the business too.
