Your new company is a leading, global Consultancy within Defence & Nuclear industry. Specialists in Mechanical Engineering, you will be working on both Nuclear and Defence projects.
Your new role
Your new role as a Senior Mechanical Engineer will include working from requirements and specifications to develop and produce designs incorporating mechanical components to meet required technical outcomes. In additional to this, you will be developing technical specifications to meet program and customer needs. Client side, you will also be providing engineering input and support for generation of bids and proposals including generation of resource and material estimates.
This role will be a senior position, with the scope to reach Principal in the future and Engineering manager from there.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline. Holding clearance is desirable, as is chartership.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an excellent base salary of between £60,000 and £75,000 dependent on experience as well as additional benefits & bonuses.
