Role Overview:

A leading global consultancy is hiring for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong technical background to join an expanding team.

You will be working directly under the Head of Engineering and support the management of a hands on team of Mechanical/Production and Manufacturing Engineers.

This is perfect for anyone who genuinely enjoys hands-on technical challenges and strives for personal and career growth. As my client is part of a large global consultancy, there are several progression opportunities and benefits for the suitable candidate.

About you:

  • 5 years minimum in an engineering (mechanical) environment

  • Knowledge of BS8888 technical documentation

  • Experienced in the full project lifecycle

  • 3D CAD design: Autodesk Inventor and Siemens NX

  • Full right to work in the UK

Bonus if:

  • Experience with mechanical driveline components

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality system

  • Experience in the Mobility (Marine/Rail) industry
