What You'll Do:

• Design complex mechanical building services for new and refurbished projects.
• Assist senior engineers in feasibility studies and design stages.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Inspect and report on existing systems.
• Create project-specific surveys, designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Select and specify equipment and materials.
• Attend key project meetings and workshops.

Who We Seek:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience aligned with Incorporated Engineer requirements (IMeche/CIBSE).
• Proven ability to design mechanical systems from concept to detail (BSRIA BG6 Stage 4A).
• Expertise in areas like ventilation, chilled water, heating, and drainage.
• Familiarity with HVAC control principles and Hevacomp/IES software.
• AutoCAD proficiency and knowledge of Building Regulations Part L.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
