Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing entity operating multiple well-regarded brands within the Supply chain SaaS/portal, Shipping, Logistics, and print industries across the UK and Republic of Ireland. They are currently seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to focus on lead generation, retention, cross-selling/upselling across their brands to support and enable sales conversions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will drive lead-generation activities across both digital and direct channels. The role involves managing campaigns to generate franchise prospects as leads through a data-driven approach, optimizing campaigns, and nurturing these leads through CRM in collaboration with the sales team. This position entails managing the media budget for marketing channels, interpreting data, and reporting to senior stakeholders. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a cohesive marketing strategy, ensuring messaging and branding consistency across brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Management: Launch digital and direct channel activities to capture leads, using analytics for email remarketing with personalized content.
  • CRM and Sales Collaboration: Enhance lead nurturing with CRM tools, aligning closely with sales to guide prospects towards conversion.
  • Budget and Data Management: Allocate marketing budget efficiently, using data segmentation to refine targeting.
  • Channels and KPIs Management: Execute campaigns across social media, SEO/PPC, email, and content marketing, tracking conversion rates and other key metrics.
  • Reporting: Provide reports on campaign outcomes, effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness: Optimize marketing strategies to reduce costs per lead/acquisition.
  • Event and Exhibition Management: Organize events to boost brand visibility and engage leads, offering interactive brand experiences.

Requirements:

  • CRM Expertise: Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot for effective lead management.
  • Google Analytics Proficiency: Essential for analyzing traffic and campaign outcomes.
  • Advertising Platforms: Knowledge in Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising for PPC campaigns.
  • Office Suite Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace for document and presentation creation.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with SEO tools, social media software, email platforms, and CMS.
  • Adobe Suite Knowledge: Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating marketing materials.
  • Analytical and Creative Skills: Ability to interpret data and develop innovative engagement strategies.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Staying current with marketing trends and technologies.
