Senior Marketing Executive

We have an opportunity to join a dynamic Marketing team within a local successful business at a pivotal point in the firm’s history as they embark on a new phase of marketing strategy with big ambitions.

The Senior Marketing Executive will support the Head of Marketing & Business Development in achieving the firm’s commercial objectives through the creation, co-ordination, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Executive:

• Work with the Head of Marketing and Business Development to implement the firm’s Marketing and Business Development strategy across multiple target audiences, using appropriate marketing approaches, tools, and channels

• Co-creating, planning, co-ordinating, implementing and monitoring a broad range of marketing campaigns, projects and initiatives designed to help the business achieve its commercial objectives

• Monitor and measure the outcomes of campaigns, projects and initiatives and recommend improvements or alternative approaches to meet the agreed objectives

• Research and analysis of market trends and data, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies and tactics

• 'Champion’ firm wide initiatives to ensure buy-in such as effective use of client and contact information and web and digital presence and development through internal communications, as well as training and coaching colleagues across the firm

• Co-ordinate agency partner relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the brief

For this Senior Marketing Executive role the employer is looking for:

• 5+ years Marketing experience

• Ideally from professional services or within a technical field

• Degree-level education, ideally in marketing or marketing with business studies and/or Chartered Institute of Marketing

• Professional, proactive, creative, good humoured and enthusiastic approach to all work and interactions.

• Keen to learn and develop and to share knowledge and skills with colleagues.

• A team player with a friendly, personable, and empathetic with an approachable manner

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong client focus

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines and juggle multiple projects

• IT literate

• Full driving licence
