Marketing Executive (Mat cover 9-12months FTC)
  • Hybrid (3 days per week remote)
  • £35,000 - £40,000

As a Marketing Executive for one of the the UK's leading housing developers, you will support the delivery of the wider marketing strategy that focuses on the property brand, their digital offer, and new homes scheme campaigns for London Living Rent, Open Market Sale, and Shared Ownership.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will develop and maintain trusting and reliable relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure optimum results are delivered against target.

Responsibilities
  • Support the roll-out of development campaigns, brand marketing and digital development of our customer offer, monitoring performance to deliver optimum results against target.
  • Deliver marketing materials in line with the specific strategy which may include sales brochures, site hoarding and signage, online and offline advertisements, editorials, press releases, HTMs, floor plans, etc. Review these strategies regularly to reflect the outcomes and the market conditions, maximising all opportunities for income generation and mitigating sales risk.
  • Review sales and marketing literature, including our websites and external portals, to ensure it accurately reflects brand guidelines, the scheme details, and fully complies with current regulations and New Homes Quality Code guidance.
  • Lead on sourcing content for internal and external blogs and news items and liaise across the sales and marketing team for social media content.
  • Work with external agencies to manage the roll-out of approved advertising designs and concepts for all marketing aspects, across a range of media, both online and offline.
  • Maintain the CRM/CMS systems to ensure marketing specifics are correct.
  • Work with the Presales team to collate the plans and information required for scheme-specific sales collateral. Ensure this is done in a timely way to support the sales team with an off-plan sales launch.
  • Support the team with raising of Purchase Orders and maintenance of budget trackers.
  • Ensure that your job requirements are carried out to time and in line with the expectations of your role and deputise for your colleagues both internally and externally as appropriate.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry related exhibitions, steering groups, or any other external event.
Requirements
  • Understanding of marketing principles through digital & social media channels
Desirable
  • Understand mortgage finance and valuation requirements.
  • Knowledge of the New Homes Quality Code and its good practice guidance.
  • Understanding of home ownership including Shared Ownership.
  • Having experience in a digital marketing environment.
Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Passion and commitment towards excellent customer service.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of marketing collateral.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Proficient in using and managing CRM/CMS systems and other communication systems, including SharePoint, Teams, and the full MS Office Suite.
Desirable
  • A background in new homes sales or lettings (sales agency, developer, house builder, service provider or Registered Provider).
