15-month FTC

Salary up to £55k DOE

We're seeking a talented Senior Manager to join our clients growing team, this is a f antastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, and highly professional individual to join a large, successful, and well reputed business.

The Senior Manager in this role for our not- for-profit client will be responsible for line managing a team of 4, you will need to able to use your own initiative and have excellent problem-solving skills!

It is important to note that occasional travel between the Kent and the London office will be required for this role.

Duties of this Senior Manager role include:

  • Effectively account managing multiple private clients maintaining strong relationships.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the team and line managing 4 others.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving change.
  • Understanding the companies’ services and advising clients on donations.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to potential new clients and advising as appropriate.
  • Managing and leading client meetings to new and existing clients.

To bag yourself an interview for this Senior Manager role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role within account management or relationship management.
  • A background within professional services including either financial, accountancy, legal, investment etc.
  • Project management skills.
  • An understanding of Donor Advised Funds is essential.
  • Line management experience.
  • An excellent relationship builder, who is polished and presentable.
  • The ability to contribute new ideas.
  • Computer literate and competent using MS Software’s and CRM systems.
  • Experience working a similar role for a charity would be highly desirable, however not essential.
