The Role: As our client's Senior Client Manager, you will be the linchpin of our client's team in Ealing, overseeing a talented team of 9 professionals. Reporting directly to the director, you'll play a pivotal role in managing client portfolios and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of accountancy professionals
• Allocating work and managing workflow efficiently
• Reviewing year-end accounts and corporate tax returns
• Providing strategic financial advice to clients
• Engaging in networking opportunities to expand our reach
• Collaborating with senior staff to drive business growth

What We're Looking For: We're seeking a qualified ACCA/ACA professional with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in managing a team within a busy accountancy practice
• Strong financial management skills and legislative compliance expertise
• Adept knowledge of accounting systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
