We are currently seeking a committed and experienced Senior Manager RAQA for a global leader within medical devices. The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, with the ability to manage and lead the team effectively.

Description

  • Oversee the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance (RAQA) team
  • Develop and implement RAQA strategies to ensure compliance with global healthcare regulations.
  • Lead the team in managing regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections.
  • Continually improve quality systems and processes to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure regulatory and quality objectives are met.
  • Manage risk assessments and corrective actions to mitigate quality issues.
  • Promote a culture of high-quality standards and regulatory compliance within the team.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments.

Profile

A successful Senior Manager RAQA should have:

  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor or Master of Science, Engineering or any related discipline.
  • A strong background in RAQA within the Healthcare industry.
  • You are ideally RAC certified (or equivalent).
  • You have 8+ years of relevant professional experience in RAQA within medical device industry, ideally with Class III products.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a large team effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of global medical device regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risk and implement corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
