Senior Management Accountant

• Annual Salary: Up to £70,000
• Location: Central London, Mayfair

We are seeking a fully qualified Senior Management Accountant to join a well-established creative business in the heart of Mayfair. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for driven individuals looking to progress their career within a thriving company. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Controller and the finance and operations team.

• Support the production of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and analytical commentary.
• Develop detailed variance and trend analysis, involving interaction with the operations team at all levels.
• Assist in delivering a successful budget process and ensure clients’ annual budgets are delivered within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date management fees, sales, and purchase invoicing, and review and ensure timely payments.
• Manage junior finance staff - Accounts Assistant, Management Accountant 
• Maintain effective relationships with finance and non-finance teams

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified Accountant, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
• A Self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Experience in the creative industry, US-company experience
• In-depth knowledge of finance computer software, including Xero and Quickbooks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with personnel across the company and with clients
