£50,000 - £55,000 Per annum

Job Duties:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
  • Provide financial analysis and insight to senior management.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Participate in financial audits and liaise with auditors.
  • Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
Required Qualifications:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar management accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practises.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in management accounting.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office setting. Standard office hours apply, with occasional overtime required during peak periods.
