Venn Group are partnered with a leading regional firm in Northamptonshire known for its commitment to excellence and reputation for dispute resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters
- Acting on matters such as insolvency, shareholder disputes, and debt recovery
- Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods
- Assist junior team members with adhoc advice
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong advocacy skills with a track record in handling complex commercial litigation cases
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
