A Day in the Life

You’ll be responsible for conducting comprehensive market assessments to inform prospective landlords. Your duties will also include advocating for the advantages of our letting services and property management solutions to secure instructions. Building and nurturing relationships with potential landlords, along with maintaining an up-to-date database of potential tenants..

Job Duties

  • Conducting market assessments for prospective landlords.
  • Advocating for the advantages of the letting service and property management solutions to secure instructions.
  • Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with potential landlords, securing business and assisting them with listing their properties under the company’s management.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of potential tenants, coordinating property viewings, and providing constructive feedback to landlords will also be part of your duties.
  • You'll facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, striving to reach mutually agreeable terms, and overseeing pre-tenancy checks.

Skills & Attributes

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in a sales negotiator position.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
  • Proficiency in managing sales processes.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team.
  • Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for lead generation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Hours of Work

  • 9am - 6.30pm: Monday - Thursday
  • Early Finish Fridays
  • Saturday working (1 off per month)
  • Lieu day back during weeks that a Saturday is worked.
