We've recently taken on a new position with our client who is currently looking for an experinced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team either in Surrey Quays or Bow.

Our client is a successful independent agency that has been operating in the London area for over 30 years believing in providing both an honest and friendly service.

Salary package on offer for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • £22,000 Basic
  • £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
  • Car allowance

Working Hours:

  • 9am -7pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday!
  • 10am -4pm Saturday
  • 3 days off per month

Requirements for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Must have at least 2/3 years of Lettings experience within London
  • Experience with Microsoft software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team

Responsibilities included in the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Booking and accompanying viewings
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Negotiating offers
