SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency 

Location: Hailsham, BN27 

Salary: OTE: £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time 

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their well-established independent Estate Agency based in Hailsham.

You will be well-presented and have a genuine interest in progressing your career as a letting agent. A local candidate with good local knowledge would be ideal!

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include: 

• Previous experience in residential lettings 
• Listing / valuation experience helpful 
• Excellent sales ability 
• High level of customer service skills 
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude 
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated 
• Well spoken and articulate 
• Knowledge of the Hailsham / East Sussex area helpful 
• Full Driving License and own car essential  
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
