Senior Lettings Negotiator

Pinner, Middlesex

£37,500 + Pension

If you have been working in the property sector and would like to join a professional organisation in the local area then this role for a Senior Lettings Negotiator could suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a portfolio of rental properties and maintaining excellent landlord and tenant relationships

- Attracting new business opportunities and increasing market share where possible

- Conducting market appraisals and negotiating competitive fees with Landlords

- Managing property advertising utilising a variety of online portals and social media

- Conducting property viewings and negotiating rental agreements with tenant

- Ensuring rental contracts were issued and agreements and clauses were correct
