Are you a Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career?

Location: Crouch End - Kentish Town

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join this expanding team in North London. The company in question is arguably the most successful independent in the region and looking to bring in the best in class to help expand their presence.

This business will offer you:

  • Up to £30,000 basic salary + Car allowance
  • £65,000 OTE
  • Responsibility of both billing and winning new business
  • 20% commission structure for all fully managed properties
  • Tiered billing commission structure
  • Monthly and yearly incentives
