Salary: OTE £50k

Position: Permanent – Part Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator or someone who is looking to starting a career in estate agency to join an established Estate & Lettings agency

You will need to have a great track record in residential Lettings, however if you have sales experience with transferable skills you could also be considered for this role. • Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Chiswick and surrounding areas would be helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
